Last updated: July 28, 2026. Staging Manager is an operations app for home-staging businesses, operated by Staging Estate / ShotEstate ("we"). This policy describes what the app collects and how it is used.
There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created and provisioned by your employer (the staging company you work with). Your manager controls which accounts exist and what role they have.
Only to run the service for your company: signing you in, showing your team's schedule and houses, sending the transactional emails and push notifications your company uses (via Resend and Apple's push service), and keeping the service reliable. Hosting is provided by Render; data is stored in a managed database and cloud file storage.
Manager accounts can delete their account in the app (Settings → Delete account); deletion takes effect immediately and remaining data is permanently removed after a 30-day retention window. Team members can ask their manager to remove their account, or email us and we will delete it. You can also email us to request an export or earlier deletion of your data.
Render (hosting and database), Cloudflare R2 (photo/video storage), Resend (transactional email), Apple Push Notification service (notifications), Square (client invoices your company sends). Each processes only what is needed to deliver the service.
