Send the invoice manually (don't auto-send when she signs)

Leave off for the usual flow (invoice created & sent when the client signs the agreement). Turn on when you'll send the invoice yourself — the client still approves and signs, but no invoice goes out automatically.

Staging period is 45 days from the staging date. After that, extensions are billed in 30-day periods at 40% of the staging price (excluding fees).

Fees you set (e.g., travel fee). They're included in the package total — the client can't remove them.

Add-ons

Tap a room to add it to this proposal (tap again to remove). Use ▲▼ on each card to reorder — that's the order the seller sees.

Proposal options

Draft — nothing sent yet

The job is created for you. Creating the approval link adds the house right away as Waiting for Confirmation — hidden from the team, and kept out of your revenue and profit until it is won. When the client approves, it becomes an Upcoming job with the approved scope, bill and staging date. If a job is ever missing, approving creates it anyway.

Preview photos & videos (internal)

Internal — your team sees these, the client never does. They flow onto the house automatically when the proposal is approved, so the crew already has them. Optional — skip it or add them later. Up to 20 photos, 5 short videos.

House Cleaning (optional offer)

Priced per square foot — the client enters the square footage when they approve and the app calculates it. Not included in the base total, and never counted toward an extension. The switch that offers it is on the Review screen.

Rate per sq ftStandard is $0.25 per square foot.

Minimum chargeApplied when the square footage prices below it.

Window Cleaning (optional offer)

Check the option(s) you want to offer and set the price. The client decides whether to add it when they approve — it is not included in the base total. The switch that offers it is on the Review screen.
